Solution #2DX is a non-solvent fluid for general recovery of Epson DX4/DX5 print heads. It works with both water and solvent print heads.
Recovery of solvent Epson print heads should start and end with fluid #1DX. Do not leave any fluid other than 1DX inside a print head for more than 1 hour. When recovering water-based Epson heads, use the distilled de-ionized water instead of 1DX.
